Zarasai district attracts all tourists with its nature, cultural events, impressive tourist areas - it is not enough to hear about this place, you need to see it, feel it, taste it, recognize it and, of course, love it. We will begin our trip from the Church of St. Virgin Mary of Sopuling in Salakas. Then we continue the tour and go to the city of Antalieptes. Then Zarasai. We will begin our tour of this city with a unique place - Zarasai observation tower - 17 meters high and 34 meters wide. It offers magnificent views of Lake Zarasai and its surroundings. Tour participants will get to know and hear interesting stories about the city, take a walk around the city, explore architecture, study old photos of the city and listen to stories about episodes of urban life, get a more detailed and vivid picture of what Zarasai lives. After that, we go to the Shlyninkos water mill, where we will have the opportunity to try pancakes prepared according to the local recipe. After the tour and tasting, we head to the oldest oak tree in Lithuania (one of the oldest in Europe) - Stelmuzes oak, next to which is the oldest wooden church in Lithuania.

Route Nr. 1 Zarasai – Šlinika – Stelmužė: “Try it!” While traveling along this route you will visit not only Lithuanian Switzerland referred Zarasai, the oldest in Europe oak in Stelmužė, but also experience a lot of impressions going in Šlinika – village watermill! Route Nr. 2 Antalepte – Dusetos: “Taste it!” The proposed route is a real attraction for all travelers! While traveling on this route, you will visit the fabulous village of bridges Antalepte, will be able to test your artistic ability to thread and fine ceramics in the house at the folk artisan crafts Erikas Čipas. Route Nr. 3 Degučiai – Vajasiškis: “Open it!” While traveling this route, you will visit the national artisan Gediminas Kairisa, try to create products of wood, you can visit an old man village of Vajasiškis. Route Nr.  4 Day trip to the lake Sartai: “Feel it!” Do not miss the opportunity to get acquainted with one of the largest lakes in Lithuania – lake Sartai!
